HerCapital's mission is to empower women to invest in their future. Through events and an online knowledge base we hope to provide women with the educational resources to begin their money management journey while building a community of strong women who rise by lifting each other up.
HerCapital is partnering with Aspiriant, a leading wealth management firm, to bring you a series of virtual workshops focused on personal finance. This kickoff event for our Personal Finance Series will provide an overview of the basics of financial management, saving and investing. The introductory event will later be followed by in-depth workshops on specific topics in this space.
Lorraine Fox joined Aspiriant in 2014 after spending 17 years in various aspects of financial services. She has been a general partner in a venture capital firm, an equity research analyst, and a wealth manager. In addition to serving high net worth families and individuals, Lorraine serves on Aspiriant's Board of Directors. In 2013, the Silicon Valley Business Journal named Lorraine "One of 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley."
Lydia Walz joined the Aspiriant team as wealth manager in 2018 after a few years working at LPL Financial. In both roles she has served clients in a financial planning and investment management role. In addition to working with high net worth families, Lydia serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association’s San Francisco chapter. Lydia graduated with a BA in History from Bryn Mawr College.
